Terms & Conditions

Dear Customers kindly read the following terms and condition which are applicable to you after signing the Customer Agreement Form (CAF).

  • Usman ISP Private Limited agrees to provide with the telecommunication service high-speed internet
  • Term: This agreement takes effect on the day the services are activated by signing the CAF. The customer agrees to a minimum service period (Minimum Term) of one (1) month for his/her service. The agreement automatically renewed of minimum terms unless Usman ISP is notified in writing to the contrary at 30 days in advance.
  • Rate and Charges: As long as the customer subscribes to the service, the Customer agrees to pay in advance the applicable service rates for the service plan. Usman ISP reserves the right to increase/decrease the tariff by 15 days advance notice to the customer.
  • Change of service plan: The customer change to another package plane free of charge if no physical work is needed by Usman ISP’s staff.
  • Default: If the customer does not pay any charges owned to Usman ISP when due or violates any of the terms of the agreement, then Usman ISP has the right to discontinue or restrict the services either temporarily or permanently without notice. In either case, Usman ISP shall incur no liability whatsoever.
  • Usage of the customer shall:
    • Not use internet service for any unlawful purpose.
    • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any computer system connected to the internet.
    • Not introduce any computer virus to the internet or the computer systems.
    • Comply with all provisions of Pakistan Telecommunication ( re-organization) act 1996.
  • Customer Support: Usman ISP will provide telephonically technical support to the customer through its Technical Assistance Center. Onsite customer support in case of physical equipment problems will be provided within 24 hours ( excluding weekends and public holidays ).
  • Connection Fee: Every connection fee is non-refundable. Because the company only collects connection fees (not security against equipment).
  • Governing Law: This online and physically signed agreement shall be deemed made and entered into the courts of the respective territory where the service is being provided by Usman ISP Private Limited and shall be construed and enforced in accordance with and governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic Pakistan.
  • Any Unlawful Activity: The IP provided by Usman ISP to the customer any unlawful activity behind that IP he/she will be held responsible.
  • The Company Will take back that equipment which is property of Usman Internet Service Provider Private Limited after not paying dues of service plan for 45 days or service termination.
  • Customer’s liability towards Company: Customer will return the company’s equipment after not paying dues of service plan for 45 days or termination of services. If the customer does not return the equipment of Usman ISP then the company has the right to take legal actions against customers and all the expenses of legal actions and loss of time will be taken from customers by law in cash. After not returning the equipment more than 60 days of service closed company will start charging the customer with the company’s minimum tariff plan for the time to take the equipment back this will also be taken by law.
